Scrap metal business in Willenhall sold to new owner, saving 13 jobs
A long-running family-run scrap metal business in Willenhall struggling with rising costs has been sold to a new owner, saving 13 jobs.
C Fullard (Metals) Limited, a fourth-generation company which has been in the scrap metal recycling industry for more than 80 years, was sold on the day administrators were appointed.
The sale to Fullard Bros (2006) Limited has saved the jobs of all 13 members of staff at the business, which had been struggling against a backdrop of rising operating costs and the impact of tariffs.
