The team’s arrival further cements Fletchers’ position as a leading national player in the serious injury sector.

Phil Barnes, clinical negligence specialist and head of Fletchers Midlands and South, said: “We’re excited to be bringing our experience and reputation to Fletchers as part of its growing Midlands presence. There’s real alignment in values, ambition, and client focus, and we’re looking forward to building something even stronger together here in Birmingham.”

Headquartered in Manchester, the business now operates across multiple locations including Cambridge, Leeds, Newcastle — and now Birmingham, one of its newest regional hubs.

Charlene Mann, managing director of acquisitions at Fletchers, added: “Birmingham is a critical part of our strategy to expand nationally and attract top-tier legal talent. This is a high-performing, highly respected team that’s a great cultural and strategic fit for Fletchers. We’re immensely proud to welcome them aboard.”

It marks Fletchers’ ninth acquisition in three years, reflecting the firm’s commitment to growth, investment in people, and leading the way in serious injury legal services.

The new Birmingham office is located on the fifth floor of 31 Temple Street, and is home to 38 colleagues.
