The UK arm has announced it is to open a unit, featuring its coffee and doughnuts, at Bentley Bridge Retail Park, Wednesfield. The opening date has yet to be announced but it will create more than 40 jobs. It will also have dine-in seating for 128.
The other will be a 2,800 sq ft unit at the former Toys R Us site in Oldbury.
Tim Hortons, founded in 1964, opened its first site in the UK in 2017 and now has 28 in the UK and Ireland including one at New Street, Birmingham.
It already has its UK head office in Wednesfield at Kennicott House, Well Lane.
The Tim Hortons brand is owned by fast food giant Restaurant Brands International which also owns Burger King and Popeye's Chicken. Together, the company has more than 27,000 restaurants globally, which it operates through a franchise model.
It plans to create more than 2,000 jobs across the UK, bringing Tim Hortons restaurants to every major town and city by 2022.

The bargain shop and coffee chain will form part of the new 65,000 sq ft retail park development off Birchley Island.
The Oldbury Toys R Us site has stood empty for more than two years following the collapse of the national toy chain.
Sandwell Council has now approved plans from Hortons’ Estate to transform the site on Wolverhampton Road, which it is hoped will create jobs and attract investment to the town. The development will see the existing building divided and refurbished to create two new units.
Hortons’ has agreed lease terms with B&M for one of the units on the site, which will be a new 20,000 sq ft store that will include the development of a 5,000 sq ft external garden centre.
A second unit will comprise a retail facility of 20,750 sq ft, including a new mezzanine floor, and is currently under offer.
Hortons’ will also construct an extension to the existing building to create a further 16,000 sq ft unit, which is earmarked for leisure use.
