Cousins Hassan Khan and Mehtab Iqbal are opening Cafe Clock in Stafford Street next month after three-and-a-half years running their first Cafe Clock business in Burton upon Trent.

The restaurant will see exotic meat such as camel and venison as well as beef and chicken.

And the owners are looking for employees to apply to join the team.

Mr Iqbal said: "It's not open yet, we're planning to open at the beginning of May.

"We want to hire between six and seven staff including a manager.

"We own the Cafe Clock franchise in Burton, this is the second one.

"We sell camel burgers, ostrich burgers, it's exotic meat. People will travel far and wide for it.

"Walsall is a town similar to Burton and a lot of customers came from Walsall.

"We've planned this since August 2020. We wanted a shop close to the town centre. It's taken a few months to turn it around.

"We've run non-stop during Covid for takeaways.

"We're in talks with other areas too.

"We're looking for employees who want to join a friendly group."

Anyone looking to apply can send a CV to cafeclockwalsall@gmail.com
