5,000 sq ft Ableworld opens in Stafford

A new 5,000 sq ft mobility store has opened in Stafford.

The new Ableworld Mobility Store opened on Kingsmead Retail Park on Friday, creating eight jobs.

The new store stocks a range of mobility products and daily living aids, as well as a stair lift demonstration area, specialist equipment department, and a scooter safety track.

A spokesman for the store said: "Our knowledgeable and friendly staff will be ready to help you find items designed to make your life more comfortable whilst also keeping you independent.

"We have a wide range of products to help customers to live independently, many of which you might not of even considered before.

"From small pill boxes and wide fitting slippers, to adjustable orthopaedic beds, wheelchairs, mobility scooters and stair lifts plus many more.

"We do have a product catalogue available which lists all of the products we can provide, as well as our website ableworld.co.uk which showcases the products in an easy to navigate menu.

"If you are looking for a stair lift, our fully trained engineering team will be able to cover a 30 mile radius around Stafford.

"We can install, service and repair stair lifts and other mobility aids all in-house."

The team at Ableworld provide a one-to-one service and can provide tilt in space wheelchairs, pressure care mattresses, patient transfer aids and more.
