Bus services diverted in Birmingham due to police incident
Passengers are advised to allow extra time for their journeys
Bus services in Birmingham have been diverted due to a police incident on Thursday (October 22).
The incident, which occurred shortly before 2pm, has affected Golden Hillock Road in Sparkbrook, with the number 8A and 8C bus services being diverted in both directions.
Both services are currently operating via Mumtaz Street, Coventry Road and Small Heath Highway while the incident is ongoing.
Passengers are advised to allow extra time for their journeys and check for updates before travelling.
West Midlands Police have been approached for comment.
