Adorable kittens named after iconic Lord of The Rings duo seek forever home in the West Midlands
Meet Frodo and Sam
A pair of adorable kittens named after an iconic duo from Lord of The Rings are seeking a forever home in the West Midlands.
Frodo, 3 months, and Sam, 4 months, share their names with the pair of hobbits in the franchise sparked by a collection of novels by J. R. R. Tolkien - and apparently, they love adventures just as much.
The bonded pair currently live in the RSPCA Worcester and Midlands branch and are hoping to find a loving home - or a cosy hobbit hole - where they can settle in at their own pace.

A spokesperson for the animal rescue charity said: “Named after the famous duo from The Lord of the Rings, these two little adventurers are ready to begin their own journey. But this time, they’re not looking for Mordor - they’re looking for a cosy little hobbit hole of their very own to call home.
“Frodo (3months) and Sam (4 months) can be a little shy when they first meet new people, so they’ll need a patient and understanding home where they can settle in at their own pace. They’re sweet, gentle little characters who have each other for comfort and companionship.

“Just like their counterparts, these two are better together. They’re looking for a loving forever home where they can stay as a pair, grow up together and continue their adventure side by side. Could you be the one to give these two little hobbits their very own “there and back again” happy ending?”
