Tony Wright and Alastair Massey, of FRP Advisory, were appointed as joint administrators of Integral Electrical Services Ltd on October 12.

Despite efforts to secure a buyer no viable route forward could be found, the administrators said, and the business in Kelvin Way has ceased trading, with 13 employees being made redundant.

The company was an established manufacturer of temporary power distribution equipment for sectors such as construction and infrastructure, and events and festivals.

Tony Wright, partner at FRP Advisory, said: “This is of course a very difficult time for all involved with the company, and one of our main focuses now is making sure that employees have all the support they need to make applications to the Redundancy Payments Service.”
