Six men arrested following disorder at Aston Villa V Young Boys match chaos
Six men have been arrested following chaos at the Aston Villa V Young Boys match at Villa Park on Thursday (November 27).
Last night's match descended into chaos after items were thrown by Young Boys fans at Aston Villa players and police officers.
Villa striker Donyell Malen was hit by a plastic cup thrown from the away section while celebrating scoring the opening goal of the night, before fans clashed with police later in the first half with several being arrested.
Seats were hurled toward officers, with referee Georgi Kabakov forced to stop the match for several minutes.

Six men have since been arrested from Birmingham Airport this afternoon (November 28) on suspicion of assaulting a police officer and violent disorder.
Two other men who were arrested during the match remain in custody.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "Violent behaviour will not be tolerated at football matches.
"If you commit any act of violence, you will be arrested."
