Second man charged with murder of Birmingham man Tomasz Samel six years ago
A second man has been charged with the murder of Tomasz Samel who was taken from his Birmingham home and killed five years ago.
Kye Arthur, aged 34, was arrested in the Bristol area on Thursday morning (October 9), and has now been charged with murder, conspiracy to cause GBH with intent, conspiracy to kidnap, and false imprisonment.
He is due to appear before Birmingham magistrates today (Friday, October 10).

Tomasz, aged 45, was taken from his home on Raleigh Close, Handsworth, in a white van at around 8.45am on March 27 2019.
At 10.45pm that day he banged on the door of a property in Bickerstaffe, Lancashire, to get help.
Suffering 75-per-cent burns, he was taken to hospital by ambulance but died in a specialist burns unit in Liverpool on June 21.
Earlier this week another man, named Tobiasz Kozlowsky, aged 38, from Liverpool, was charged with Mr Samel's murder and other offences following investigations by West Midlands Police.
Sandra Kozlowsak, aged 37, also from Liverpool was charged with assisting an offender - both he and Kozlowsky will appear before Birmingham Crown Court on October 24.
A police spokesperson said: "Our investigation has continued ever since Mr Samel's death and we would urge anyone with information who has not already spoken to us to please get in touch.
"You can speak to our officers by calling 101 or get in touch via Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
