Scores of people attended the opening day event on Dudley Street, near the entrance of the Mander Centre - with the first 100 of them recieving a free medium box of delicious noodles with their own choice of toppings.
The latest opening is where Starbucks used to be - the coffee chain shop closed in 2019 and the unit has been empty since then.
It will be the chain's third noodle bar in the West Midlands, with branches already in Birmingham and at the Merry Hill centre. It has more than 100 noodle restaurants across the UK.
On Facebook, the Mander Centre posted regular updates of the opening, including the first lucky 100 winners for free meals.
The shopping venue said: "The queue is over 100 strong at the Chopstix grand opening. Well done everyone that got their free medium box!"

Dozens of people rushed to the comment section of the post to give their thoughts on the opening, with many saying that they can't wait to try the food.
Facebook user, Charlie Hughes, said: "I have to try this!"
Lindsay Simpson, another Facebook user tagged her friends, saying: "Look at what has just opened in Wolves!"
In the video, taken by the Mander Centre team, the first 100 customers could be seen eagerly waiting to get into the new store, with many eyeing up the range of food now available.
The new restaurant is open from 10am to 10.30pm Monday to Sunday, with a full menu available on the group's website.
Wolverhampton city centre has seen a growing number of casual-dining restaurants in recent years, with Lupo Lounge also opening in Dudley Street, and German Doner Kebab and Burger & Sauce opening in adjoining Queen Street.
Starbucks has since opened another branch in Dudley Street.
