The Upper Green restaurant, formerly Ristorante Romagna, has been completely refurbished with stylish new decor and a new menu.

"I'm really excited – it's taken eight weeks and it's been hard but it looks great," said Bull, speaking at the opening party last night. "Just yesterday I was on my hands and knees rubbing down the floors.

"I'm really pleased I have this chance to invest in Wolverhampton."
