Further Birmingham date for The Lovely Eggs

The Lovely Eggs are continuing their ferocious 2018 touring schedule with a flurry of autumn dates which bring them back to Birmingham's Hare & Hounds.

Having already played at the King's Heath venue on May 30, the garage punk rockers are back at the popular pub on October 23.

The band are also 'delighted' to announce some exciting support, which back-up at the Hare & Hounds show coming from Manchester feminist post-punks ILL. They also welcome back poet and comedian Rob Auton, fresh from a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe.

Since its release in February, their most recent album This is Eggland has won high praise from critics and fans alike. The great Iggy Pop has become a great and enthusiastic supporter, playing various tracks and singles on his BBC 6 Music Radio show over the past few months, saying: "I like everything I hear about The Lovely Eggs."
