Fresh from winning Band of the Year at this year's Glamour Magazine Awards, The Saturdays have announced their first-ever arena tour, including a concert in Birmingham.

One of the hottest bands around, the five-piece will be coming to Birmingham's LG Arena on Thursday, December 8, 2011 as part of the 11-date stint.

Following a sell out tour earlier this year, Frankie, Mollie, Una, Vanessa and Rochelle will be gracing the stage for their 'All Fired Up' tour this December.

The show will see the girls performing tracks from their forthcoming – and as yet unnamed – album, which is due out in the autumn. The first single from the album, Notorious, is out now and represents a much edgier sound from the band.

"It's very current," says Una. "We still have our pop edge, but this time around we've taken things a bit more dancey."

Frankie adds: "And we want to reflect that in our live show. We want it to be like one big giant party. The best night out you can have this December!"

To-date, The Saturdays have achieved three UK Top Ten albums and nine UK Top Ten singles, including Work, Ego, Up, Missing You and Higher featuring Flo Rida.

Tickets for The Saturdays' All Fired Up tour go on sale at 9am on Friday, June 17. Tickets are priced at £32.50 and £26.50 (plus booking and transaction fees) and are available from The Ticket Factory: www.theticketfactory.com or 0844 338 8000.

The Saturdays will grace the stage at the LG Arena Birmingham, which welcomes some of the world's biggest acts each year. Since its £29 million refurbishment in 2009, it has welcomed over 1.5 million people. For more information, visit www.lgarena.co.uk.
