New streamlined booking system launched for flexible workspace and event venues in Kidderminster
The council has made booking easier for users of two recently renovated venues offering flexible workspace
Businesses seeking workspace, meeting facilities and event venues can now access two of Wyre Forest District Council's portfolio of commercial spaces through a new streamlined online booking process.
The council has made booking easier for users of The Old Court and the Weaving Sheds, two recently renovated venues in Kidderminster offering flexible space for businesses, training providers, creative organisations and event organisers.
The council is working with SpacetoCo, a venue management and booking platform that helps organisations promote and manage community and commercial spaces online.
The partnership provides a streamlined digital booking experience, making it easier for businesses and organisations to find, book and pay for space while increasing visibility and utilisation of local venues.
Located in central Kidderminster, The Old Court provides a range of bookable offices, hot desks, meeting rooms and conference facilities, helping organisations access professional workspace without the commitment of a long-term lease.
The Weaving Sheds is an outdoor venue which complements the offer with larger, adaptable spaces suited to exhibitions, corporate events, networking activities, product launches and community programmes.
Councillor David Ross, cabinet member for finance and capital portfolio at Wyre Forest District Council, said: "Flexible working patterns mean businesses increasingly want access to high-quality space when they need it. The Old Court and the Weaving Sheds provide exactly that, offering professional facilities in a central location alongside a simple booking process.
"These venues support our ambitions for economic growth, town centre footfall and business collaboration, while ensuring valuable community spaces are available for a wide range of users."
From a one-hour meeting room booking to a large-scale event, organisations can now browse availability and secure spaces online at www.wyreforestspace.co.uk/venues
