Crowe recruits Harps Andrews to drive investment in national transfer pricing team
Crowe has recruited Harps Andrews as a director to lead the firm’s UK Transfer Pricing team from its Midlands office.

She will be heading up the national audit, tax, advisory and consulting firm’s continued investment in transfer pricing services across the UK.
Originally from Leicester, Harps joins from Alvarez & Marsal in London where she spent more than 12 years, having earlier studied Accounting & Finance at the University of Birmingham. She previously worked for a Big Four firm.
She is already recruiting across Crowe’s offices in Birmingham, Oldbury, Cheltenham, Bristol, Manchester, Maidstone, Reading and London, with vacancies for senior managers and managers.
Harps said: “As I am now Midlands-based, I was attracted by Crowe’s commitment to build an even more significant position in the transfer pricing market, and the career path this investment offered me.”
Partner Rob Gunn, who heads up the Midlands corporate tax team, said: “We are very pleased to have attracted someone with the skills and experience of transfer pricing that Harps brings.
“This is an area in which we are committed to building a truly national team and we are keen to hear from talented individuals wherever they are currently located.”
Transfer pricing is the practice of setting prices for goods, services, or intellectual property exchanged between related business units or subsidiaries within the same parent company and is an area of focus for tax authorities around the world.
