Midfielder Jed Wallace has handed Kenny Jackett a boost by being passed fit for Saturday's visit of Rotherham United.

Wallace has been sidelined since limping off with a thigh strain during the 1-1 draw at Burnley on March 19.

That was the 22-year-old's first game after being recalled from a productive loan spell at Millwall - and he continued that form in the Turf Moor clash before being forced off nine minutes from time.

Wallace's return is timely given Jeremy Helan's recall by Sheffield Wednesday on Thursday morning.

Jackett said today: "He's done 10 days' training now.

"He made a bright start on the right wing against Burnley and then sustained an injury.

"He's fully fit and will be pushing for a start between now and the end of the season.

"He's work hard to get back and be involved in as many games as possible, as the games run out, between now and the end of the season.

"If he can build on a successful loan spell, but most importantly, a good performance at Burnley that gave us encouragement for the future.

"He's a determined lad and is really working hard to see if he can go one further and be as effective in the Championship as he has in the lower leagues."

Wolves have no fresh injury concerns for the Rotherham visit.
