Kenny Jackett's team slipped to yet another home defeat, losing 2-1 at home to Preston on Saturday.

And there were loud and prolonged chants calling for the head of chief executive Moxey, who has been with Wolves for 16 years.

Supporters also directed their fury at wantaway owner Steve Morgan.

Jackett wasn't spared criticism either, with chants of 'you don't know what you're doing' when he sent Tommy Rowe on as a late substitute in place of George Saville.

There was a cacophony of boos at full-time for the second home game running.

It all turns the heat up on the Molineux hierarchy, with Wolves miles away from their stated target for the season of finishing in the top six of the Championship.

They are currently 11 points off the play-offs and have won just four matches at Molineux all season. Moxey was criticised last week for publicly admonishing former striker Benik Afobe.

Both he and the chief executive and recruitment chief Kevin Thelwell questioning Afobe's commitment on the field before he left for Bournemouth last month.

Supporters chanted 'we want Moxey out' after Wolves went 1-0 down in the first half. After Preston's second, scored by Adam Reach, the chants only got louder.
