Wolves midfielder Nenad Milijas today set himself a December deadline to win his place back - or quit.

The Serbia international's only senior football this season has been in the Carling Cup and he wasn't even on the bench for Saturday's 2-1 defeat to Newcastle.

Playmaker Milijas is settled in Wolverhampton but reluctantly admits he will look at his options before the transfer window opens in January if he can't secure regular football.

The 28-year-old said: "If it carries on like this then I will try to leave to go somewhere where I will play. I want to be here but if I can't play then it's better for me to go somewhere else.

"But we'll see – there are many games before I need to do anything like that. We will have another look in December."
