Home wins over Swansea City and Southampton, coupled with draws at Burnley and Sunderland, have helped put real distance between the Baggies and their rivals in the quest for Premier League survival.

Pulis beat Swansea's Garry Monk, Hull's Steve Bruce and Liverpool's Brendan Rodgers, to receive the honour.
