Watch Brighton and Hove Albion's Andrea Orlandi talk about Pepe Mel - a coach he played under at Spanish side Alaves.

Orlandi is unsure how Mel's English will cope but Keith Downing and Dean Kiely will be on hand to aid the transition period.

Albion are also expected to announce the appointment of a translator to help Mel settle into his position.
