The two have been training with the club, while awaiting the green light, and have now put pen to paper on deals until the end of the campaign.

Pacy attacker Gnahoua, 23, has experience of English football having first spent time at Stalybridge Celtic, without featuring for the first-team.

He then joined Macclesfield Town in the summer of 2012 where he spent two-and-a-half seasons, making 31 appearances in total scoring three goals.

He left the club to try his luck in Spain for a short spell with fourth division outfit Gava, so needed the go-ahead from both countries' Football Associations.

Tough-tackling fellow Frenchman Fane, 22, has plied his trade in his homeland but moved elsewhere in Europe for the start of this season, joining up with Norwegian second division team Lyn Oslo.

Harriers chief executive Colin Gordon has high hopes for the new captures, as they battle against National League relegation, and insists they will not just make up the numbers.

He said: "We're delighted to welcome both lads - we've had to be very patient and a lot of work has gone in to getting everything sorted. We're excited by them and what they can bring to the team.

"They'll both be involved in the friendly (at home to Wolves on Friday night) and could have a big part to play for us between now and the end of the season."

A busy week of coming and goings has seen midfielder Dino Fazlic and full-back Matthew Young leave Aggborough after their short-term contracts expired.

Defender Kyle Howkins and goalkeeper Alex Palmer have also returned to Premier League club West Brom at the end of their loan deals.

Harriers' Aman Verma will remain farmed out to fellow National League strugglers Torquay, while midfield cohort Kennedy Digie is also staying away until the season's end.

Digie is with National League North side Hednesford Town, but defender Tyrone Williams is back at Harriers after spending the first half of the campaign with the Pitmen.
