Gabriel Agbonlahor's luxury pad sold for £3.1 million

This luxury home belonging to Aston Villa star Gabby Agbonlahor has been sold for a cool £3.1 million.

The swish Georgian-style home – pictured here before its sale – comes with large driveway, landscaped gardens and outdoor terrace.

Sweeping staircases feature inside the home alongside all the trappings of the millionaire footballer's lifestyle.

Widescreen televisions, pool table, games room complete with its own bar is among the features. The home was built three years ago off Roman Road on the exclusive Little Aston Park private estate in Sutton Coldfield. The property was on the market with estate agents Aston Knowles initially for £3.2 m.

It is believed the sale has been completed with an unnamed businessman the buyer. Modern black and white theme is maintained throughout many of the rooms, according to images accompanying sales literature.

Two sun terraces were constructed outside bedrooms to the rear of the home overlooking the garden. Vendors also showcased the converted basement inside the sprawling home, which featured the cinema room with leather chairs inside and big screen. A gym with the latest equipment was also inside the basement alongside a steam room and wine cellar.

The six-bedroom home known as Good Heart House, within 0.6 acres, also have two double garages. Sales literature said: "Constructed in 2013 Good Heart House was designed to deliver a balance of Georgian influence with style and symmetry externally and contemporary, stylish accommodation internally.

"Ideally suited for entertaining and family living the residence provides spacious accommodation with a luxurious internal theme planned over four floors." The property also has a drawing room, a dining room, study, playroom, kitchen and family room . There are five guest bedrooms all with en suites. The house was sold last July.
