Wood Green Academy hope to dedicate the room to the former student by the end of November.

A plaque will also be unveiled in the Sixth Form common room.

James Topham, Head Teacher, commented: "Our staff remember him very fondly.

"He was a superb student, and following having one of our science labs upgraded and redesigned we thought it would be a fitting tribute to him as he studied biology.

"We spoke to his Mom and she said she would be happy for this to happen.

"There is still some work to be done but hope that by the end of November it should be open."

Mr Richards, aged 19, his uncle Adrian Evans, 49, and grandfather Charles Patrick Evans, 78, all lost their lives in the coastal city of Sousse when the attack took place on June 26.
