Bovis Homes is building the Fletcher’s Rise development of up to 90 new homes near Wombourne, on the eastern side of the village.

Once completed the development, off Beggars Bush Lane, will feature two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes.

A range of properties are being built on the estate including bungalows, terraced houses and detached homes.

Work was halted on the site temporarily during the first national lockdown last March, but has since been steaming ahead.

The development also features a landscape that promotes the local wildlife, including the addition of hedgehog highways on some homes.
