Tom Watson for sale on ebay - at just £66,000
Eagle-eyed online shoppers may snap up more than they bargained for after the deputy leader of the Labour party was listed for sale on ebay.
West Bromwich MP Tom Watson, who was elected as deputy leader in September last year, was
on Friday.
The listing stated: "Not working properly. May need new batteries?" with an asking price of £66,000 attracting 57 bids on Sunday.
A total of 80 inquiries have so far been made about the listing, which included two pictures of the politician and said that the buyer should collect in person from Leeds.

The gag follows reports that leader of the Labour party, Jeremy Corbyn, has been advised by his aides not to meet with Watson as they believe he may put further pressure on Corbyn to stand down.
Corbyn was under increasing scrutiny last week as a succession of shadow cabinet figures left the party following statements of no confidence in his leadership.
