A passionate supporter of conservation and animal rights, Sam, from Wolverhampton, has released a limited edition CD, bearing hand-drawn pictures of animals which are in danger of disappearing.

The CD, entitled Sam Lambeth & The Endangered Species, has been released for sale for £10, plus £1.99 for shipping off Bandcamp, and each will be numbered and feature seven tracks from his new EP, Love and Excile, due for release digitally on May 28, and seven of his previous songs.

He is donating all proceeds to the World Wildlife Fund to help protect many of the listed animals.

Sam, who launched his solo career last year, said: "This CD is something I am really proud of and I hope I can make a small difference.

"People have the chance to own a unique CD, hand-drawn and designed, on 100 per cent recycled paper, with proceeds going to help conserve these animals in question."

"The CD sleeves have been designed by acclaimed artist Karen Sunner and each is unique, number and signed featuring animals that include a black rhino, gorilla, elephant, African wild dog and Sumatran tiger."

Sam has previously donated proceeds from gigs to charities including Teenage Cancer,Trust, MIND and during the past few months has given money to One Tree Planted and many more charitiable groups.

He has had a successful few months and amassed more than 10,000 regular listeners to his music with his first single, When Love Ain't Enough, and attracted more than 50,000 streams on Spotify.

Sam said: "I wanted to do something unique, fun and imaginative for my new EP, and over the past few months, I have found myself pleasantly surprised at how many people were still buying CDs,”

"I thought it would be great to produce something for WWF, a charity that means a lot to me, where each CD was special, unique and made by hand.

“I have been very lucky in my life and I try to give back as much as I can and this was a chance to do something special while still getting my music out there."
