Census engagement officer for Wolverhampton Sundeep Dhadley said there were two centres in the city which was offering support to people who were having trouble with the census.

The 2021 census, being held predominantly online for the first time, was officially due to have been completed on Sunday, but those who haven't yet completed them are being given a little extra time.

Mr Dhadley said both centres had received a number of calls from members of the public who needed help. He said the centres, at TLC College in Dunstall Road, and at The Curve in Tempest Street, were offering face-to-face support subject to advanced booking.

Telephone support was also available, in various languages, Mr Dhadley added.

The centre at TLC College can be contacted on 01902 714433, while the one in Tempest Street can be contacted on 01902 572397.
