Three treated at scene after three-vehicle Dudley crash

One man and two women escaped serious injury in a three-vehicle-crash in Dudley.

The crash took place at the junction of Cemetery Road and Pedmore Road, in Lye, at around 7.05pm on Wednesday

An ambulance was sent to the scene and the three people were checked over before being discharged from the scene.

A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called to reports of a three-vehicle collision at the junction of Cemetery Road and Pedmore Road in Lye, at about 7.05pm on Wednesday evening.

"An ambulance attended the scene.

"Initial reports suggested five patients, but in the end, only three came forward to the ambulance crew - two women and a man.

"All three had suffered relatively minor injuries and after assessment, were all discharged at scene."
