Ryders Green Primary School, in Claypit Lane, Sandwell, has put up banners to help share key Covid-19 public health messages.

They have been informing people of the changing infection rate per 100,000, which still remains worryingly high.

Headteacher Lucy Blackmore, said: “We wanted to help to reduce the high rates of Covid-19 in Greets Green and Lyng Ward.

"We have kept staff, parents and pupils up to date on the local situation, by providing the latest data. But we wanted to do more and this is a way of spreading the word.”
