Moms Mindful Hub is running face-to-face group meetings at the Elton Centre in St John’s Road, Stourbridge, from next month. Any mothers feeling isolated or who want someone to talk to are welcome to attend.

Group founder Leonie McDonald, 34, said: “The group is open to all mums to help combat isolation and stress, mums with a mental health condition or those who just want to make new friends.”

Leonie, who has three children aged three, six and 11, founded the voluntary group three years ago.

She said: “I was struggling with my own mental health. I thought there should be a group to specifically help mums so that they would not feel alone.”

Sessions start on April 22 and run from 1.15pm to 2.15pm. For more details contact momsmindfulhub@mail.com or MindfulMomsCommunity on Instagram and Facebook.
