Man arrested after vehicle windows smashed on Wolverhampton car park

A man has been arrested after several vehicles had their windows smashed in a Wolverhampton city centre car park.

The incident happened in St George's Parade Car Park on Friday, May 14.

Craig Frazer, 40, of Gower Street, Wolverhampton, was arrested and charged with criminal damage.

Frazer was also charged with assaulting an emergency worker after a police officer was spat at.

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "Following reports of car windows being smashed in St George’s Parade car park (Old Sainsbury's) in Wolverhampton on Friday 14th May, an arrest has been made by City Centre Team 1 officers.

"Craig Frazer, of Gower Street, Wolverhampton, was arrested and charged with criminal damage.

"He was also charged with assaulting an emergency worker after a police officer was spat at.

"The 40-year-old was remanded and recalled to prison."
