Police are searching for a man after a young girl was approached in a park and sexual comments were made.

The incident happened at a skate park in Perry Barr, Birmingham, on March 22.

The suspect has been described as an older white man, 5ft 2ins tall with small build and white hair.

At the time of the offence, he was holding a can of Carling and an orange or red colour bag.

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "We’re appealing for information after a man approached a young girl in a park and made comments of a sexual nature.

"As part of our enquiry we’ve been looking at CCTV and we’ve released some images of a man we’d like to speak to.

"He was spotted boarding the 33 bus a short time after the incident in the park.

"If you recognise this man, or know who he is, we need to hear from you.

"We’re also keen to hear from anyone who was in the park at the time and witnessed what happened."
