Appeal to trace suspect after doctor's car stolen outside hospital

Police have appealed for the public’s help in tracing a man who stole a doctor’s car from outside a Black Country hospital.

Alexander McEvoy is wanted on suspicion of vehicle theft after the doctor’s car was stolen from outside New Cross Hospital in Wolverhampton.

The theft took place in September last year.

West Midlands Police officers are still trying to trace McEvoy, 34, in connection with their investigation.

A spokesman said: “Have you seen Alexander McEvoy anywhere?

“The 34-year-old of no fixed address, is wanted on suspicion of vehicle theft after a doctor’s car was stolen from outside New Cross Hospital in September last year.

“If you know his whereabouts, please get in touch.”

Anyone who knows of McEvoy’s whereabouts is asked to call West Midlands Police on 101, quoting incident number 20WV/229768L/20.
