wedelivercars expands to bigger Walsall headquarters

A West Midlands car delivery specialist is motoring ahead after relocating to a larger headquarters.

wedelivercars.co.uk has agreed a three-year lease on a 11,793 sq ft industrial unit at Hall Lane in Walsall Wood, Walsall.

The property is a detached warehouse with a two-storey office block, car parking and an extensive gated storage yard.

Commercial property consultants Burley Browne, acting on behalf of a private investor, negotiated the deal which allows wedelivercars.co.uk to relocate from its base in Aldridge. The company transports cars to dealers, corporate clients and private buyers.

Associate director Ben Nicholson said: “wedelivercars.co.uk was looking for larger premises to relocate to as business is rapidly expanding. The company also wanted a headquarters-style building to suit their growth plans.

“The property at Hall Lane is ideal for their requirements and we were delighted to agree a three-year lease on behalf of our client.”

Wedelivercars.co.uk managing director Peter Watts said: “We are delighted with our new premises and we’re looking forward to growing the business.”
