The development of the single storey building on Rolfe Street would also offer car sales, washing and valeting services.

The 730 square metre site is located in a prominent location on the south side of the

Rolfe Street, 300 metres east of Rolfe Street railway station.

In their plans submitted to Dudley Council this week, the applicants state: "The use of the site as a storage building has ceased, and as such this application aims to bring this vacant industrial site back into viable use."
