Travellers camp at West Bromwich playing fields... again
Travellers have set up camp on playing fields in West Bromwich for the fourth time in two years.

Caravans were seen by residents gaining access to Churchfields on Tuesday night after a concrete bollard was removed.
Sandwell Council's cabinet member for regeneration and economic investment Councillor Paul Moore blasted the 'ridiculous and unacceptable' intrusion.
He said: "It's ridiculous and unacceptable to have persistent criminal damage being done to the site.
"It is also ruining football pitches for children for the upcoming season.
"We'll now be working with the police to jointly secure the site.
"If this can't be done as a matter of urgency, we'll then need to go through a legal process to evict the travellers through the courts."
