Man killed in industrial accident 'fall' named
A man who died in an industrial accident in Bewdley has been named as Shaun Tandy.

Mr Tandy, aged 35 and from the Kent area, was pronounced dead at Bewdley Business Park after the accident at around 10am on January 14. He is believed to have fallen.
West Mercia police spokesperson Emily Dixon said: "A joint investigation between West Mercia Police and the Health and Safety Executive is ongoing."
Bewdley Business park, off Long Bank, is made up of warehouse units used for distribution or office space.
