Callan Fendall-Betts, 15, died from pneumonia

Callan Fendall-Betts, from Lower Gornal, died on New Year's Eve after developing the cough on Boxing Day.

The 15-year-old had a lung condition for six years and also lived with epilepsy but it did not stop him leading a normal life and the condition was not expected to be life-limiting.

The funeral procession will pass Ellowes Hall Sports College, where Callan was in Year 11, and Red Hall Primary School, which he attended as a youngster.

The teenager had enjoyed Christmas before celebrating his first anniversary with his girlfriend two days later. He was looking forward to the future, having been accepted at Halesowen College.
