Westleigh Partnership has submitted an application to build the homes off Wilkes Avenue, where the former Bentley Resource Centre used to stand.

The homes would be split into 10 one-bedroom flats, 17 two-bedroom houses, six three-bedroom houses and four four-bedroom houses.

A planning statement says: "Bentley will become a more desirable and attractive place for all members of the community to live in, with a thriving local centre at its heart."
