Two car crash leaves passenger with suspected broken leg

A crash between two cars in Tipton left a young man with a suspected broken leg.

It happened just after 5pm on Saturday on Shakespeare road at the junction of Glebefields Road.

Fire crews fromTipton and Wednesbury attended the crash, which involved a Renault Megane and Seat Leon.

The door of the Renault was cut off by firefighters to get to the casualties.

Police and ambulance crews also attended the incident.

A male passenger in his mid twenties had a suspected broken leg, the fire service said.

The two drivers had minor cuts and bruises, but did not require hospital treatment.
