The pub, once popular with Wolves fans on matchdays, was demolished last year and the site will now be redeveloped into a car park for 59 spaces.
The Wanderer was bought by Wolves so the club could secure more matchday parking near the Molineux.
At the time, more than 2,400 people signed a petition calling for the building to be saved from demolition – however it was not handed over to the Wolverhampton Council planning department.
The pub's end was inevitable and the bulldozers finally moved in at the start of December last year.
