WATCH: Man found with knife wounds in Wolverhampton street

A woman has been arrested after a man was found with knife wounds at the junction of a Wolverhampton road this afternoon.

West Midlands Police said they were called to reports of a man attacked in Lymer Road, near Oxley, at 3.44pm.

The injured man, in his 30s, was found at the junction with Church Road and Stafford Road, and was taken to hospital with a knife wound.

A woman has been arrested in connection with the wounding.

A West Midlands Ambulance spokesman confirmed they were called to an Oxley address at 3.50pm and took one patient to hospital.
