The former Haven Hotel in Claremont Street in Bilston has been listed by Paul Carr Estate Agents.

The hotel stands empty following closure five years ago. Wolverhampton City Council approved plans last year to knock it down and build seven terraced homes.

Four of them would front on to Claremont Street, with the remaining three off an access road behind.

There will be parking for three cars, under the plans submitted by Steve Wall.

The hotel was initially built for residence, but was later turned into a hotel. It has a car park for 20 vehicles.
