Smethwick home evacuated after dishwasher fire
A home was evacuated when a dishwasher on the ground floor caught fire.

Firefighters were called to the blaze at the three-storey town house in Woodland Drive in Smethwick yesterday at 3.55pm.
The dishwasher was on the ground floor, but smoke also impacted the remaining levels to the home.
Crews left the scene at 4.15pm. No-one was injured.
