Two men, aged 18 and 19, have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was found with serious head injuries in an alleyway in Sedgley on Saturday.

Two men, aged 18 and 19, have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was found with serious head injuries in an alleyway in Sedgley on Saturday.

Shane Watson, 23, was was discovered in an alleyway in Springfield Grove at 3.20am.

Officers investigating the death have sealed off the area while forensic examinations of the scene take place.

Detective Inspector Harry Harrison said: "Officers are carrying out enquiries at the scene and we are appealing for anyone who saw anything suspicious or anyone who was in the area in the early hours of this morning to contact us as soon as possible."
