As always, Friday has plenty to offer. Amusement 13 looks to be a good first stop where local drum and bass veterans Break Thru bring Manchester's Soul:ution to town for the LSB album launch. There's a dream team line-up on offer; LSB, Calibre, Marcus Intalex and northern wordsmith DRS covering the main room, while room two hosts Birmingham's Exemplary a hand-picked cream of the crop of local talent covering everything from reggae to techno.

Time Tunnel has some alternative flavours on offer at Tunnel Club, grab your dancing shoes for an evening full of disco funk and soul antics. For those feeling the funk and soul there's alternative options available Friday night with The Hare and Hounds hosting The Mostly Jazz, Funk and Soul Festival Presents Smoove and Turrell. Expect even more funky beats and sensual grooves as the pair hit Brum as part of their Crown Posada album tour.

Rainbow's got something for those with dirtier tastes. Get Together is back and to start their season off they've brought grime and UKG king Spooky to lead proceedings.

Saturday's pickings are slimmer, but with bonfire night taking centre stage it's easy to see why. There's still some good line-ups though, It Dat has got a tonne of Jungle DJs down for and old school rinse out at the Fixxion Warehouse in Wolverhampton with 1xtra's Bailey and V Recordings boss Bryan Gee bringing their expertise to the turntables.

Meanwhile, in Cannock there's more Jungle on offer at Quartz where local label Musik Hertz brings their Ten Years tour to town with Twisted Individual and Bassman at the helm.

Back in Birmingham, 02:31 have got The Rainbow for the evening and their policy for the night is UKG, house and grime. Providing the bass are DJ Q, Tom Shorterz and El-B.

The Hare and Hounds round the weekend off with a mellow musical experience. Soulful House and Deep Electronica will be filling the place with Bruk Up in residence.

They've got Minnie Dipple, Flash G & Mr Tibbz at the controls to keep the grooves going until 2am.
