The former Countdown host will help promote the science, technology, engineering and mathematics exhibition at the annual event.

It will be the second year running that the presenter has attended the show, which takes place at RAF Cosford.

The science, technology, engineering and mathematics exhibition will be one of more than 100 trade and exhibition attractions at this year's show.

The 53 year-old will be talking to members of the public during the morning and helping to promote the stand.

She said: "I'm really pleased to be coming back to the RAF Cosford Air Show, it's a grat day out and I'm particularly looking forward to trying some of the interactive activities in the science, technology, engineering and maths exhibition."

This year, the Belgian Red Devils Aerobatic Display Team will take part for the first time.

Organisers have put steps in place to try to avoid the major traffic problems which hit last year's show.

Traffic backed up for six miles close to the site.

A professional car parking company has been brought in this year, while stewards will be at key junctions to direct traffic.
