Kitchen retailer move brings new jobs

A kitchen retailer in Halesowen is moving premises within the town, creating new jobs. more
3D kitchens.net, currently based in Halesowen Road, will move to the site of the former Streetbike showroom on Mucklows Hill.
A spokesman for the company said: "We currently have 13 staff but moving to new premises will see us create more part time and full time roles."
The building has been derelict since the bike sales centre moved in October 2014.
Shortly after plans were submitted to Dudley Council by developer Heedgrove Ltd who wanted to create two shops and a takeaway inside the redeveloped building near the Stag and Three Horseshoes pub.
But following strong local opposition, including a 200-signature petition - the application was withdrawn.
