Burke has not featured since suffering a knee injury during the Saddlers' 2-1 home victory against Bristol Rovers on October 4.

The issue was not initially expected to be serious, but Burke was handed a setback after making his comeback in training earlier this month.

He did not train leading up to the 2-0 defeat against Colchester United at Bescot on Saturday, but Sadler is optimistic that he will be able to reintroduce him to the first team fold this week.
